The onus lies on buyer and seller to not be caught in a scam by following certain safety tips that will safeguard them from potential scammers. DO NOT trust everything you read or see! This site is never involved in any transaction, and does not handle payments, shipping, guarantee transactions, provide escrow services, or offer “buyer protection” or “seller certification”

It is the breeders responisbilty to make sure that they sell their dogs to people who will offer them a good home. The LBDSA team does not offer any transaction or payment services, There are scammers in all walks of life and the World Wide Web is a powerful tool for such criminals. The LBDSA  team treats every instance of fraud, abuse or spam very seriously and we will do our best to protect YOU and make your visit to LBDSA safe.

 

Safety Tips

Avoid scams by acting locally or paying cash.

Beware of poorly written English ads and replies. Most scams can originate overseas.

Always arrange for a safe place to meet and to finish a transaction.

Never pay with Western Union, Moneygram or other anonymous payment services that can’t be traced.

Remember if an offer sounds to good to be true, it usually is!

Fraudulent people usually list an address that is different from the address on their item detail page. They will ask you where you are and give some different location far from you just to scam you into paying a reservation fee, etc.

Fraudsters will sell an expensive popular item at a suspiciously low price
